This Marietta studio session delivered! I absolutely LOVE to photograph a 6 month old! Their personalities are starting to show through, they can sit up well and are mostly all smiles! If you are hesitating about doing multiple studio sessions during your baby’s first year, I HIGHLY suggest you do newborn, 6 month old, and year old portraits. Or at the very least 6 months. This precious little doll had a Marietta studio session and we had a blast! Mom brought some of her own props which accented the outfits well. Not only did we do indoor portraits, we even had the opportunity to step outside and take a few in the natural light. Without a doubt I love the mix we were able to achieve! Oh, and can we talk about that hair!? I am in love!!

If you are planning for your Marietta studio session, think about fun, unique outfits and accessories to bring. Cute clothes like this romper are adorable! Next, figure out what time of day will work for baby and you. Therefore don’t fret if we need to take breaks during the session to feed, change or have a snack. Most of the time we will be ok, as I am a fast shooter and we can capture a variety of poses and looks within my typical 45 minute to an hour long session.

Finally, choosing what to do with your precious portraits from studio session! I love a few canvas prints of the best images. Then, doing an album of all of your portraits. Furthermore You are starting off your collection of beautifully printed portraits with these sessions, and it’s a great way to store your images-in print!! We can always customize the cover and colors of your album, and albums are a great keepsake for grandparents and family.
